As others have said, this is a great body fat ratio monitor, particularly for the money. It has the instructions right on it, which is very helpful if you haven't used it in awhile, and can't remember the procedure to get the reading--no trying to find the manual that you probably threw away or is buried in some drawer somewhere. I had a body fat ratio monitor built into a weight scale, and was very disappointed with the lack of accuracy, despite the brand and the cost. This one seems to be much more accurate. It's very lightweight, so it's easy to store and travel with. I've had mine for a few months, and bought it after doing some research.
